Welcome to the official mock practice for the SSC CHSL (Tier-II) Typing & Skill Test.
- Keystrokes Evaluation: Unlike standard tests, SSC does not rely solely on net speed. You are required to accurately type a specific number of Keystrokes within the given time limit (e.g., around 1750 keystrokes in 10 minutes for LDC/JSA).
- Strict Omission Rule: Time management is highly crucial. Any words, sentences, or lines left untyped due to the timeout are treated as omissions and counted strictly as Full Mistakes.
- Error Tolerance (LDC/JSA): The maximum allowed error percentage to qualify is strictly 7% for UR category and 10% for OBC/EWS/SC/ST categories.
- Error Tolerance (DEO): For Data Entry Operator skill tests, the evaluation is stricter with a maximum allowed error of 5% for UR and 7% for other categories.
Pro Tip: Since full and half mistakes are calculated precisely as per SSC formulas, prioritize 100% completion of the given passage with maximum accuracy before the timer ends.
